Corner Plot Properties is a family run property development business with portfolio based in North East England, predominantly Redcar, Cleveland and Darlington
We specialise in renovations, development, luxury serviced accommodation and unique accessible holiday properties.
We also offer a number of property investment opportunities.
Director
Michael Corner
Michael always had an ambition to be involved in property. This became a reality when he founded Corner Plot Properties (the company bears his name) with his daughter and fellow Director Nicola.
He is a keen golfer and recently retired from a lifetime working in local council managing events and community transport.
Michael tends to take a back seat when it comes to the day to day running of the business but he can always be found stripping out the new projects, ready for renovation.
Director
Nicola Threadgold
Nicola is heavily involved in the day to day aspects of design and implementation. Her strength is in functionality, interior design, communication and keeping her husband, Andrew, in check.
Nicola is also a very passionate Midwife in the local hospital and loves to spend time with her family and dogs.
General Manager
Dr Andrew Threadgold
Andrew's role within the business is strategy, acquisitions, raising finance and social media.
In 2022 Andrew was appointed as a Repossession Rescue Official Partner and hosts The Property Doctor Podcast which is available on all major podcast platforms and, from Season 2 onwards, YouTube.
Andrew has worked as a doctor in the NHS for 20 years and is a GP Partner in a Practice in the North East.
